Any Shellter Pro major version prior to the latest, currently v4.x, is considered an EOL product.

As we did in the past with v1.x and v2.x download areas, we are about to revoke access to v3.x downloads. This will happen by the end of March 2022.

If you own a v3.x premium license, please visit the download area and read the instructions at the top of the page.

If you are not able to access your account, this may be due to the fact that some accounts have been marked as inactive and were deleted some time ago. If this the case, please send us an email and will sort you out.

Finally, all licenses purchased before 2021 that are associated with inactive accounts will be revoked permanently from our systems in 3 months time.

What this means, is that you have until end of May 2022 to request free of charge access to the latest version.

Please note that in order to get access to the latest version you must send your enquiry from a business email account and be ready to answer questions about your original purchase including but not limited to: username, copy of original license, payment method, date, email used, etc…

We also keep the right to refuse to provide access to newer releases if some requirements, that are entirely at our discretion, are not met.
